Our mission is to be the premier nationwide network of abatement contractors, providing the highest quality of service to the insurance industry, reachable by the 1-888-Abatement number. Therefore, 1-888-Abatement is a professional network of abatement contractors allowing the most respected abatement companies across the USA to collaborate, cooperate, innovate, and refer to work to each other.

How does the 1-888-Abatement network help my business?
Joining the 1-888-Abatement network helps your business due to 4 main factors:

• The use and promotion of 1-888-Abatement as your telephone number.
• Referrals from others in the network.
• Identification in the insurance industry as part of a larger group.
• Exclusive discounts available only to 1-888-Abatement network members.

Can I use the toll free number 1-888-Abatement with my current phone number?
Yes. The number is designed to be used in conjunction with your current number. When a user calls, the line can be forwarded to an office, a cell phone, or whatever number you choose. And, the only calls you take are from your coverage area.

Can my competitors join the network?
Yes and no, so to speak. It really depends on your coverage area. We sell the membership area by the area code/s you work in. The next member in the closest area code to your area should become your ally and resource.

Will I see my business increase?
This is one of the simplest, most effective forms of advertising out there, and also one of the most inexpensive.  When compared to other forms of advertising, having a memorable phone number such as 1-888-Abatement is one of the best bang for your buck dollars spent. Ask yourself, how many jobs, per year, would it take to pay for network?  The answer in most cases is less than one job per year!  With the amount of people that will see your number, it is highly unlikely this network and number would not increase your revenue.  Your business can also increase through referrals by other members. How much does it cost to be a member?
There is no charge to reserve your territory, so do so immediately before another contractor does, as we are taking qualified contractors on a first come first serve basis. We are in the stages of recruiting the contractors we feel will best represent the mission of the network, and establishing who will be in which areas. We are only looking for the top 150-200 contractors, at the most, for the entire country.

Do I have to qualify to be a member?
Yes. We are looking for the top 250 or so contractors, at the most, to be part of this network. We feel this number gives each member adequate working room to promote the 1-888-Abatement network in their area, without overlapping the coverage area of other members. The qualification process is based on reputation, years in business, coverage area, industry you work in, and work capabilities, among other things. Is there a commitment required?
Yes, a one year commitment is the minimum to be a part of the network.

What if I don’t get any calls from the 1-888-Abatement number?
Then we will need to address what is going on in your area and how you are promoting the number.  Remember, the number will only ring if adjusters and homeowners can view the number in a number of places-the sides of your vehicles, in your advertising, and on your website.  This number makes all of your current advertising more effective and easier for people to remember and contact you.  Also, each month that goes by, with all of the members promoting the number, call volume is expected to increase for every member.

Do you have any insurance companies currently using the 1-888-Abatement toll free number?
The founders of this network own an abatement company named 1-888-4-Abatement, and can attest that the vanity phone number works when marketed to adjusters.  Once the network is full, insurance companies will be contacted and marketed to on a nationwide basis, by the management of 1-888-Abatement, as a resource for abatement related needs.

How is the 1-888-Abatement number routed to my phone?
We set it up for you and our system does the rest.  You can have the number forwarded to an office line or a cell phone, and all calls that come in through your subscribed area are routed to that number.

Do I own the toll free number 1-888-Abatement?
You own exclusive rights to the number for your area, for as long as you are a subscriber to the network.  The only way to lose the number is if you stop paying your membership dues.

How do you determine your fees for different areas?
Fees are based on the population of the area code in which you are subscribing to.
