Our mission as the premier abatement contractor network starts with the best and brightest abatement companies. Only 150-200 companies are part of this network. We have set up this network so that each member can rely on another member without feeling like they are talking to a competitor, but still gain valuable knowledge, advice, etc; therefore, only one abatement contractor per area will be selected. Each area will consist of approximately 100 miles in all directions of your headquarters. Due to the high demand, and the desire to be the best network in the industry, we have strict requirements to be considered as a member. Some of these include:

• Your firm must have 3 years of asbestos, lead, and mold removal experience
• Asbestos and lead removal must be your main source of revenue
• The percentage of insurance work you perform must be greater than 50% of your overall business
• Your firm must have 3 adjuster references
• Your firm must have 3 business references
• Your firm must be approved by at least 2 insurance companies
• Your firm must have at least $1 million in yearly revenue
• Your organization must be properly licensed in all jurisdictions
• Your firm must have a marketing plan currently in place
• Your firm must have a brick and mortar office that clients can visit
• You must provide evidence of GL and WC insurances
• Your organization must not be part of any other franchise or network

We are looking for the top 268 (the number of area codes in the US) at the most companies for the entire US. Again, only 1 contractor per area code will be allowed to join the network.

Cost

It is 100% free to submit your application and reserve your territory. After your application is submitted, you will be contacted via phone to discuss the cost of your territory. The use of the phone number is free for a limited while the network gets built. You will only pay for the toll free calls that come into your office, usually 20-30 cents a call. After the netwrok is established, there will be monthly dues that start at only $49.00/month, per area code that you wish to gets calls from, depending on the population of those area codes.  More densely populated areas are more valuable, as with any type of advertising, and therefore will cost more.  Does it really cost anything in the long run? Ask yourself, if you incorporated the 1-888-Abatement telephone number on your trucks, advertising, and website, do you think your call volume will increase?  How many new jobs per year would it take to make a return on your investment?  Most likely, less than one, depending on the job.  We have received job referrals for $50,000+ jobs simply because a property manager or adjuster saw our number on a truck as they drove by.  And, our network increases the likely hood of referrals from other members.  Lastly, the discounts you receive from vendors like Abatix (who offer a 2% discount to members only on supplies) can pay for all the dues, depending on your order size.  This network pays!

Once the areas are sufficiently reserved, we will contact every potential member that has been chosen based on the criteria provided in the application, confirm their interest, have a contract signed, and begin charging members monthly dues. At that time, the 1-888-Abatement phone number will be ported to your current phone system for the areas you have subscribed to.
